Privacy policy
This covers what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated August 2026
The short version
Two things on this website collect anything at all. You can send us a message through the contact form, and you can apply to a role on our job board. Both are run for us by outside services, and both are described below. Beyond those, this site doesn’t measure you: no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no cookies of its own. We don’t sell anything about you.
Signing up as a professional or an office happens in our client portal, which is a separate application. It handles more information than this website does, because it has to run payroll and confirm registration.
The contact form
The form on our contact page is built and hosted by JotForm, so what you type goes to JotForm first and reaches us from there. It asks for four things and all four are required.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your message
We use it to reply to you and to work out who should. We don’t sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
The job board
Open roles are listed on our client portal, not on this website. A careers link here sends you to app.workforcedentalstaffing.com. If you apply, your application and anything you attach to it goes to that portal and then to us. We use it to consider you for the role you applied to and for similar ones we are recruiting, and you can ask us to remove it.
Analytics
We don’t run any on this website. There is no Google Analytics here, no tag manager, and no measurement tool of any other brand. Nobody is counting which pages you read.
If that ever changes we will say so on this page, and we will say it here before it starts rather than after. It would mean cookies this site doesn’t currently set, which is exactly the kind of thing you should be told about first.
Cookies
This website sets none of its own. You can read every page here without one.
The contact form is a JotForm embed, and JotForm can set its own cookies inside that frame. Those cookies are theirs rather than ours, and they only come into play on the contact page.
Our client portal separately sets a session cookie once you sign in, which is what keeps you signed in. That one is strictly necessary for the service to function.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The pages on this site will keep working normally if you do.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or conversion pixels from any network
- No session recording or heatmap tooling
- No profiling of you across other websites
- No selling or sharing personal information with data brokers
Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, in the normal course of serving a website and defending it from abuse.
Who else touches it
We use service providers to run the business, and they act on our instructions. Today that means JotForm for the contact form, our infrastructure and database provider for the client portal (including the job board and the applications that come through it), our hosting provider for the site itself, and OnlyDentalJobs, our partner for reaching professionals. If you are placed with us, payroll and insurance providers are involved because they have to be.
Several of these are outside Canada, so your information may be transferred, stored and processed outside your province or country, and may be accessible to the courts and authorities where it is held.
We disclose personal information outside that set only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you started last year. Applications stay in our recruiting system so we can consider you for roles that come up later, and you can ask us to take yours out. Records tied to a placement are kept for as long as employment, tax and insurance obligations require, which is set by the jurisdiction rather than by us.
What you can ask for
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. Ask through our contact page and tell us what you want done.
If you think we have handled your information badly, you are entitled to complain to the privacy regulator in your province or state as well as to us.
Professionals and offices
If you work shifts through us, we hold what an employer has to hold: your registration details, the information payroll needs, and the record of shifts you worked. We confirm registration with the regulator, and we do not assess or record clinical skill.
If your practice books through us, we hold your business contact details, your bookings and your invoices. We do not receive or store patient information, and nothing about the way we work requires it.
Changes
If this changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell the people it affects directly rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
