Are you an office?Read this for officesWe verify your registration before you can claim shifts, and check it again when it comes up for renewal. Offices rely on that, which is part of why a WORKFORCE shift does not come with a pile of paperwork on the morning.
What to provide
- Your registration with the provincial or state college
- Current CPR certification
- Any immunization records offices in your area ask for
Keeping it current
Upload renewals as they come through. An expired document pauses your ability to claim shifts, and the most common way people find that out is by trying to claim one.
Set your own reminder a month before each expiry. A booked shift is a bad way to discover a certificate lapsed.
