How and when do I get paid?

You are our employee, so you are paid through payroll rather than invoicing the office yourself. Nothing is billed by you to the practice.

Taxes and withholding

We withhold and remit on your behalf. In the US that means federal and state withholding plus FICA and Medicare. In Canada it means CPP, EI, and vacation pay where it applies.

Year-end documents

You receive a W2 in the US or a T4 in Canada covering the work you did through us that year.
