We're the employer of record. We hire and payroll your temp hygienists/assistants as T4 employees—eliminating clinic-level misclassification risk.

  • No misclassification We employ your temps as T4 employees, so your clinic is not the employer of record. That removes CRA/Service Canada reclassification exposure tied to contractor-style arrangements.
  • Tax compliance We calculate and remit CPP/QPP, EI, and income tax every pay (including RL-1/QPIP in Québec). This keeps pay compliant across provinces and reduces penalties from late or incorrect remittances.
  • Liability coverage Temps are covered under WSIB/WCB/CNESST, with certificates of insurance available on request. That closes coverage gaps if there’s an incident and reduces the risk of board assessments or denied claims.
  • Audit-ready We maintain personnel files, issue T4/RL-1, and file ROE through Service Canada. Complete documentation shortens audits and lowers the risk of fines or retroactive adjustments.
