Ontario offices must select how they want temporary professionals paid when placing their next order.
You will choose either:
Paid by Workforce
Paid by Office
Once selected, this becomes your default payment structure.
With Paid by Workforce, Workforce handles payroll on an hourly basis.
We:
Pay the professional directly
Process payroll
Remit required taxes
Manage insurance coverage
Issue applicable tax documentation
Your office is billed by Workforce.
This option reduces administrative burden and payroll risk.
With Paid by Office, your office pays the professional directly.
Your office is responsible for:
Issuing payment
Handling payroll processing
Remitting taxes
Managing insurance coverage
Workforce:
Verifies licenses
Maintains compliance records
Provides access to the portal and booking system
We do not process payroll under this model.

Professionals must check in and out
Timesheets must be submitted
Offices must approve them
