Receive direct offers
Professionals who mark your office as a Favorite can send their availability directly to you — no public posting required. It's super easy.
Review inside your Portal
All submitted offers appear in your Favorites tab. You can view the candidate, shift details, status, and expiration time in one place.
First come, first served
If a candidate sends availability to multiple offices, the first office to accept secures the shift. Simply review and accept to confirm.

Favorites is where you can view availability submitted by candidates who have marked your office as a favorite. These are professionals who are interested in working with you again and are proactively sending availability.
No. Favorites is a candidate-driven feature. Only candidates can add offices to their Favorites list.
After adding your office to their Favorites, candidates can submit availability directly to you. If they choose to send it to multiple favorite offices, the first office to accept secures the shift.
Yes. Offers are time-sensitive. If no action is taken before the expiration time, the offer will automatically expire.
Offered – The candidate has submitted availability and is awaiting your response.
Accepted – The shift has been confirmed.
Countered – A counter-offer has been made and is awaiting response.
Expired – The offer was not accepted before the expiration time.
No. You can still post shifts publicly as usual. Favorites simply gives you an additional opportunity to fill shifts through repeat professionals who already know your office.
If you decline, the shift is released and the candidate remains available to other offices or for future dates.
