Answers to our most-asked client portal questions.
The cutoff time is the latest you would like to know if a shift is filled before it is canceled, please make sure cutoff is always a time in the future or it will cancel automatically.
Open your timesheets section of the portal and click the eyeball to see the timesheet details. If the timesheet is correct choose to approve the timesheet, if ti is incorrect you can click decline timesheet and add the reason which will send it back to the candidate to edit and re-submit. PLEASE NOTE: Timesheets must be approved the day after the shift is completed as we run payroll weekly, if our efforts to have it approved are unsuccessful by the time payroll needs to be processed it will be approved automatically
In job requests, click +Order, fill in all necessary information for the shift, pick the contact you would like to receive notifications regarding the shift and click save to send it out to candidates in the area
Log into your portal and open up your job requests, click the trash can at the end of the shift and this will cancel the request and notifiy the candidate if it was a filled shift.
Go to your settings tab and you wil be able to choose your notification settings, these will be how you receive updates about shifts being filled, cancelled, etc.
Go to your job requests tab and to the shift you wish to edit, click the clock icon at the end and you will be able to edit the start, end, or cutoff times.
Go to your candidates available section and click the eyeball to view more information on the candidate, click invite and then either existing order or new order based on if you have a pending request for the day you are inviting them to. This will send the available canididate an invite to your shift.
In your job request section make sure you have highlighted pending, filled or cancelled in the bar labelled 'status', you can edit the dates you are wanting to view next to that by clicking and editing your desired dates.
If a candidate cancels there shift and it is prior to the shifts cutoff it will be pushed out to candidates again, if it is after cutoff has passed it will be cancelled and need to be re-posted in your portal.
You can add contacts to your office portal by going into your settings, then to office contacts and adding anyone you would like to have access to your offices portal.
