Our network
The people behind every filled chair
Thirty thousand dental professionals and twenty five hundred offices, in one network. Every role a practice runs on, in the markets we operate in, ready for a day or for good.
How deep the pool goes
Depth is what makes same-day coverage possible. A short list works until the day two people are out, and then it stops working exactly when you need it most.

Hygienists, assistants, dentists, front office, managers and sterilization techs across North America.

Dental offices
Solo practices, groups and DSOs staffing through the same network.
Every role a practice runs on
A practice is not one job. It’s six, and losing any of them for a day costs you the day. The network covers all of them rather than the two that are easiest to recruit for.
What being in the network actually means
Registered and verified
On a temp or locum placement the professional is our employee, so registration is confirmed against the college or board before the shift. On a permanent hire the practice is the employer and runs its own checks.
Matched on real travel
A professional decides on the commute, not the mileage. Matching runs on how far somebody will actually travel to your door, which is why coverage is denser in some places than others.
Temp, locum and permanent
The same network covers a day, a leave and a permanent seat. Most of the best permanent hires our offices make started as somebody who had already worked the building.
Network figures are totals across the markets we operate in and are not a promise of availability in any one of them. Coverage depth differs by market and by role.
For practices
Post a shift and reach the whole network
One request goes to every matched professional near you at once, instead of down a phone list one name at a time.
For professionals
Work the shifts you want, near you
Pick up temp days, cover a leave, or find something permanent. On temp work you’re our employee, so payroll and coverage are handled.
