The rate is set, not negotiated
WORKFORCE publishes a rate for each category in each city. An office cannot offer you less than the posted rate to win a shift, and you do not have to negotiate on the morning of a callout.
One employer, one tax form
However many offices you work in a year, the shifts run through WORKFORCE. That means a single W2 or T4 at year end rather than a pile of separate slips to reconcile.
