Associate Recruitment Details & FAQs
Learn what we’re looking for, and whether you’re the type of office or associate that eclipses the competition.
Offices That Fit Our Criteria
Here are the type of offices we’re looking for:
High earning
Offices we work with typically generate +$2m in production (including hygiene).
Team-focused
Top offices always have a good team behind them. Hygienists and assistants work well together. And the office manager is a top class superhero.
More rooms
Higher-earning offices often have +5 operatories. While this isn’t a hard-stop number, offices with fewer put in significantly more hours to hit our revenue target.
↑ patient acceptance
Top offices know how to get patient buy-in. Acceptance numbers are high, often accompanied by best-in-class digital scanning equipment to earn patient trust.
Good patient load
We look for offices with ~2k patients per dentist. Again, this isn’t a dead-set requirement, but it’s generally needed to hit he production targets we look for in a top office.

Associates That Fit Our Criteria
Here are the type of associates we’re looking for:
Amazing soft skills
We value communication skills, humbleness, work ethic, and financial awareness more than any other skills.
The offices we work with are willing to mentor associates and teach them technical skills.
The non-technical skills are the broader focus of our recruitment.
Willingness to learn
Great associates are built, not born. We’re looking for associates willing to learn from top offices, and augment their existing soft skills with the workflows and strategies that make these offices successful.
Revenue generation
We put our associates in offices that often provide opportunities to generate +$1m per year in revenue We’re looking for candidates capable of putting in the time and effort to hit these targets.
Financial awareness
Talking about money is awkward for many dental offices. It’s not for us. We’re looking for candidates who have a good work ethic and are willing to put in hours to produce quality work. These are not lifestyle-focused positions. They are earning-centric.
Communication is key
The best associates in the world have the best communication skills. They go hand-in-hand. We perform clinical audits and put our associates through a vetting process to ensure they have the communication skills necessary to succeed at top offices.
Why WORKFORCE?
We operate in many major cities in the United States and Canada, and we have placed more dental talent to offices than most dental talent agencies on earth.
